These terms govern your use of CLICK BAIT (the "Game"), published by Benjamin Adams ("we", "us"). By installing, opening or playing the Game, or by using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game or this site.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Game, or distribute copies of it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
The Game is distributed through several platforms, including Google Play, the web, CrazyGames, itch.io and Reddit, with Apple App Store and Steam releases planned. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform's own terms, and purchases made through a platform are handled by that platform, not by us.
The Game does not require an account. Leaderboard entries are tied to an anonymous identifier generated on your device, or on Reddit, to your Reddit username instead. You are responsible for the display name you choose. We may remove unlawful, impersonating, abusive, hateful or obscene names, and entries reasonably believed to involve cheating, automation or exploiting a defect.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases, such as removing advertising. Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or by the store you purchased through; refund requests are handled by that store. Prices may change, and purchasable items may be altered or withdrawn.
Some versions show optional rewarded advertisements. Advertisements are supplied by third parties and we do not control their content. Data handling relating to advertising is described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to cheat, tamper with or automate play, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt other players, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend online features, including leaderboards, if you breach these terms.
Online features are provided on an "as available" basis. They may be interrupted, changed or discontinued, and we do not guarantee that progress or leaderboard history will be preserved indefinitely. The Game remains playable offline.
The Game and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, total liability arising out of the Game is limited to the amount paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. The state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing removes consumer-protection rights under the law of the country where you live.
Questions about these terms may be sent to the publisher at the address below.

This policy covers CLICK BAIT (the "Game"), published by Benjamin Adams, across every store it ships on and this website.
The Game stores run progress on your device. Where an online leaderboard is available, it is backed by Firebase Anonymous Authentication and Cloud Firestore, tied to a random identifier on your device, or on Reddit, to your Reddit username. Where enabled, Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics may measure aggregate usage such as enemies fought, session length and crashes. This website's static pages are hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard connection logs to serve the site.
Some builds show Google AdMob rewarded video or CrazyGames SDK ads. These networks may collect an advertising identifier and general device information under their own policies. The optional in-app purchase removes ads but does not disable analytics.
The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by the store or payment partner where it was bought. We do not receive or store payment details, only a receipt confirming completion.
If you enter an email address in the Game, we use it only for the purpose described beside the field. Marketing requires separate consent. When you opt in, we store the address, consent choice and timestamp in a private record, and marketing messages include an unsubscribe link.
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond anonymous on-device identifiers.
You can clear email and marketing consent in the Game. Store purchase-history requests go through the relevant store. For data or leaderboard-entry requests, use the publisher address in the Terms of Service above.
We may update this policy when the Game, this website or their data practices change. Material changes will update the date above.
